Impromptu Photo Shoot

Last week we took a trip to Nordstroms to get these Hunter wellies for the girls, where because they were acting so good (a departure from the crazy that usually takes place) they also each got a pink balloon. I couldn't resist snapping a few pics!

So who doesn't love to get a great deal on the latest trends? Those of you who know me well, know that I am a sucker for J.Crew and this necklace has been on my wish list for quite awhile. It's not totally unreasonable with a $98 price tag, but after seeing the version at Forever 21 for under $13 the steal version won me over!

Taking It All Down...

We finally took all the Christmas decorations down today! I love a real Christmas tree, but the pine needles after a month of being up are unreal. Pretty sure I'm going to be finding them all over my house until next year when we start the process again! On a more positive note, I loved all the cards we received this year, it is one of my favorite parts about the holidays. I always feel a little guilty throwing them away at the end of the season, so before I do I snap a picture of them all. Here is this years door full.
