Every year on the top of my new year resolution list is to eat better and get into better shape. I start and after a couple weeks give up. Looking ahead to 2013, my goal is to ease into a healthier lifestyle. Here is my first step. Starting the day with a tall glass of water with lemon, to get my metabolism going.
